- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, and product
- Build outbound sourcing pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles
- Drive hiring strategy with founders and hiring managers
- Run tight, efficient processes from screen to close
π Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting in fast-growing startups
- Proven track record closing high-quality engineering talent
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high hiring bars
- Hands-on with tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
