- Hire, develop, and manage a quota-achieving sales team
- Coach team on discovery meetings, demos, and solution crafting
- Enable team through walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and partnerships
- Strategically utilize Salesforce to forecast and analyze conversion rates
π Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of success
- Passionate with ability to inspire and motivate
