You'll assist the General Manager in supervising daily operations across five student living properties in College Station, Texas. You'll lead initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and drive team performance. This role offers a clear path to growth in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining team members
• Manage resident accounts, utility billing, and accounts receivable
• Coordinate property inspections and maintenance work orders
• Support annual turnover process and move-out inspections

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in property management or living communities
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work non-traditional hours during peak times

• Experience with Entrata property management software
• Knowledge of local ordinances for evictions and notices
