Description

You will lead end-to-end payroll and employee lifecycle administration for Mexico and Brazil, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution through Workday and internal systems. You will drive process improvements and serve as the regional payroll expert.

Requirements

• 6+ years supporting payroll and employee administration
• Deep knowledge of Mexico and Brazil payroll statutory requirements
• Experience with Workday and payroll vendors

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for Mexico and Brazil
• Review and validate payroll outputs and compliance
• Maintain employee data in Workday and ensure accuracy
• Perform payroll reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support audit activities and drive process improvements
