Description

You will lead full-cycle executive recruiting for GTM/Sales roles across the Cobalt ecosystem, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify and secure A-level talent while building recruitment processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years executive recruiting experience, ideally with GTM or sales leadership roles
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives
• Deep understanding of executive search methodology and leadership team dynamics
• Experience with or deep respect for the trades

Responsibilities

• Run full desk of GTM/Sales/Marketing executive searches end-to-end
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand leadership needs and provide strategic hiring guidance
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture relationships with hard-to-access talent pools
• Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, managing complex stakeholder dynamics
• Build processes and implement recruiting systems and best practices
