In this role, you will drive the AML sales strategy for the Americas region, empowering the sales team with expertise and insights to win deals and build lasting customer relationships. You'll analyze market trends and collaborate with internal teams to align sales approaches and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Financial Crime/AML at financial institution, software vendor, or consulting
  • Experience selling or implementing enterprise software solutions
  • Experience selling complex software with long sales cycle
  • Ability to position company products and services against competitors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive AML business, pipeline, and booking for the Americas region
  • Function as AML SME for direct sales team, customers, and prospects
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify trends and align sales strategies
  • Understand market and customer needs to drive AML strategy
  • Enable sales team with value-based selling approach
