Description

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide one-on-one care and companionship for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You'll help them reach their full potential through personal care, hobbies, errands, and community integration.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities (or willingness to learn through apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and everyday tasks
• Participate in community integration activities
