You'll lead the end-to-end design process for AI-powered permitting software used by national brands. Your work will directly eliminate permitting uncertainty for developers across the US. This role offers a chance to shape products from early idea to final implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design lifecycle across multiple product lines.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
• Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering on production-ready handoffs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience designing modern web applications.
• Mastery of Figma and strong grounding in human-centered design.
• Proficiency with AI design tools (Figma Make, Claude Design).
• Self-starter mentality with comfort navigating ambiguity.
