💼 About This Role

You'll play a key role in supporting our Clinical Operations team as we deliver an exciting clinical trial in rare disease Phenylketonuria (PKU). You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, CROs, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of clinical studies, driving study execution with precision and efficiency. This role offers the chance to take ownership of critical trial activities such as vendor and site management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee vendor management from study-start to close-out
• Lead site management oversight and conduct QC checks
• Coordinate sample shipments and data reconciliation
• Contribute to SOP development and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3+ years in Clinical Operations
• Familiarity with clinical trial databases like Medidata Rave or Veeva
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel up to 10-15%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in rare disease or PKU trials
• Previous CRO oversight experience
• Knowledge of TMF documentation
