💼 About This Role

You'll join Teleo to manufacture custom harnesses for next-gen autonomous construction vehicles. You'll collaborate daily with engineers to integrate first-article harnesses into 100,000-pound robots. This role offers work on cutting-edge autonomous systems at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manufacture custom harnesses for next-gen autonomous vehicles
• Validate and integrate first-article harnesses into vehicles
• Collaborate with engineers on harness design and assembly processes
• Perform harness dressing to IPC/WHMA-620 Class 2 standard

📋 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in custom harness manufacturing for automotive applications
• Proficiency in wire stripping, crimping, splicing to IPC/WHMA-620 Class 2 standard
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics from CAD tools like Altium, Cadence, or KiCad
• Experience with task tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-610, SAE/USCAR, or MIL-STD standards
• Basic PCBA rework including soldering and desoldering
• Experience with harness design CAD tools like Cadonix or Rapid Harness
