- Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives.
- Coach direct reports in sales strategy and pipeline management.
- Recruit, retain, and nurture experienced sales professionals.
- Interface with clients and prospects at all organizational levels.
๐ Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of individual enterprise sales experience.
- At least 4-5 years managing a sales team.
- Proven track record closing multi-million dollar deals.
- Fluency in German and English.
