You'll shape the end-to-end experience of Moloco's Commerce Media products, designing intuitive, data-informed workflows for retailers and merchants. Your core impact will be driving business outcomes and growth through complex, data-heavy product experiences in a senior IC role with meaningful autonomy. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and iterate on core product experiences across Commerce Media.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear workflows and prototypes.
• Lead end-to-end design cycles from discovery through shipped execution.
• Push product forward by surfacing opportunities and advocating for new bets.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience in B2B, analytics, fintech, or adtech/commerce.
• Track record of framing ambiguous problems using research and data.
• Strong interaction and product design craft with high bar for production-quality work.
• Experience with or contributing to a design system.
