Description

You will lead all aspects of Treasury across U.S. and international markets, ensuring robust cash management, funding, and risk management practices. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive better decision-making through quantitative insights, and develop analytical reporting frameworks for senior management and the board.

Requirements

• 15+ years in financial services with significant Treasury experience
• BA/BS required; CFA or comparable certifications strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of structured finance products and markets
• Advanced financial modeling skills including framework development and automation
• Experienced people leader with track record of building high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury across US and international markets, ensuring cash management, funding, and risk management
• Develop funding plans, optimize capital allocation, and maintain governance and controls
• Oversee quarterly and annual SEC filings in partnership with Accounting and FP&A
• Implement hedging strategies, cash reconciliation systems, and treasury controls
• Develop analytical reporting framework for senior management, risk committees, and Board
