💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive the validation strategy for AI-assisted software delivery across Point72's Macro Trading Technology team. You'll build scalable approaches that protect trading integrity while accelerating releases. This role combines deep domain knowledge with AI tools to create reusable assets and lead user acceptance testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define validation strategy for AI-assisted software delivery across Macro Trading Technology.
• Translate macro trading workflows into behavioral rules and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain comprehensive regression coverage for critical trading workflows.
• Develop Playwright-based automation for high-value user journeys.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in trading technology, business systems analysis, QA, or test automation.
• Hands-on domain experience with financial markets or trading technology.
• Strong background designing and executing validation for production systems.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or equivalent automation frameworks.

• Experience using AI tools across the delivery lifecycle.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with fixed income, futures, foreign exchange, or front-office trading platforms.
