You'll design novel research tools that transform how scientific discoveries are made, working with our founder to build an AI workspace for scientists. You'll ship features defining human-AI collaboration and own aspects of visual identity across product and brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship features for human-AI collaboration in research
• Talk to users and translate conversations into product features
• Work closely with engineers for high-quality implementation
• Own aspects of visual identity across product, marketing, and brand
• Maintain design systems and documentation practices

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of shipping complex features to real users
• Strong interaction design and UI detail skills
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environment
