You'll build and manage high-leverage partnerships with state, local, and federal government ecosystems to drive growth. Your core impact is generating qualified, partner-sourced opportunities and advancing complex, long-cycle deals. You'll sit at the intersection of partnerships, business development, and executive prioritization, earning trust in complex public-sector environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage 3-5 high-leverage government partnerships with measurable outcomes.
  • Generate 3-5 qualified partner-sourced opportunities per relationship annually.
  • Advise Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder public-sector deals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with consulting and software providers.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years selling into or partnering within state/local/federal government.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships producing real pipeline and outcomes.
  • Experience working with sellers or carrying quota in complex deals.
  • Deep familiarity with public-sector procurement, political dynamics, and budget constraints.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in govtech or fintech partnerships.
  • History of navigating RFI/RFP processes and deciding which to pursue.
  • Network of senior government leaders (commissioners, CIOs, deputies).
