Description

In this role, you will lead a team of analytics engineers to build and scale a best-in-class data warehouse that powers better decision-making and customer experiences at Monzo. You'll combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, driving data governance and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Hands-on analytics engineering experience
• Strong understanding of data warehouse design and best practices
• Ability to prioritize and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with on-call support for data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-7 analytics engineers, providing coaching and development
• Prioritize projects and initiatives across collectives
• Contribute to data architecture, design, and pipeline development
• Drive data governance best practices and consistency
• Partner with leadership to deliver scalable, well-scoped projects
