Description
As a Partner Sales Manager at Harness, you will accelerate business growth by developing strategic partnerships, generating partner-sourced pipeline, and collaborating with field teams to close enterprise deals. Your work directly drives the adoption of Harness' AI-powered software delivery platform.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in partnership development and partner management.
- Proven track record of quota achievement with reseller and SI partnerships.
- Established partner relationships across the UK.
- Experience with MEDDPICC-based sales methodology; prior startup experience preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other sales tracking tools.
Responsibilities
- Generate partner sourced pipeline and revenue by developing go-to-market strategies with partner ecosystems.
- Develop joint business plans with strategic partners to achieve defined targets in assigned region.
- Collaborate with regional partners and sales teams to identify mutual prospects and increase partner sourced pipeline.
- Create enablement plans for partners to build technical pre-sales and post-sales capabilities.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners into the Harness ecosystem.
