💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership and provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, open and close the store, and meet sales targets using your fandom knowledge. You'll also communicate trends to management and assist with planogram changes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Open and close the store, providing leadership support when needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
