💼 About This Role

You'll join Rox's East Coast Solutions Engineering team as a founding member, shaping how the function scales. You'll run technical discovery, design integrations, and lead demos that show customers how Rox fits into their data and GTM environment. This role offers the chance to define the blueprint for how Solutions Engineering operates as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run high-impact technical demos and support deals from first call to close
• Design and explain integrations across data warehouses, CRMs, and AI agents
• Lead technical discovery to surface real customer problems
• Refine demo narratives, technical positioning, and sales enablement

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar technical customer-facing role in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems including data warehouses and GTM stacks
• Hands-on experience with integrations involving CRMs, analytics tools, or AI-driven systems
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
