💼 About This Role

You'll lead early sales efforts for a pioneering AI agent startup, working closely with the CEO and founding team to shape go-to-market strategy. You'll drive the full sales cycle from use case mapping to closing contracts, translating complex AI infrastructure into compelling business outcomes. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives on creating scalable sales motions from scratch and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead early sales efforts across product-led and outbound/inbound motions
  • Partner with CEO and CTO on customer targeting and revenue strategy
  • Lead full sales cycle from mapping use cases to closing contracts
  • Build internal tooling, templates, and playbooks for scalable GTM

📋 Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • 2–5 years in a player/coach or management capacity
  • Experience selling complex B2B software at an early-stage startup
  • Technical fluency to hold own in a room full of builders

  • Familiarity with AI ecosystem (OpenAI, Anthropic, vector DBs, LLMOps)
  • Experience in high-growth environments
