You'll lead store operations and team development at Tecovas, a rapidly growing western lifestyle brand. Your core impact will be cultivating an exceptional customer experience and driving financial results. You'll also collaborate with HQ to maintain visual merchandising standards and train new team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cultivate genuine customer connections and act as a brand ambassador.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Deliver world-class in-person training to new team members.
• Ensure compliance with shipments, transfers, and loss prevention procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays.

• Experience with OMNI channel business.
• Visual merchandising experience.
