🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise CTO and SVP of Product on people strategy alignment with technical roadmap.
• Develop and evolve technical career ladders and growth paths.
• Foster R&D culture balancing velocity, customer demands, and team health.
• Coach technical leads and managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and motivation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years as senior People Business Partner supporting R&D.
• Executive presence to build trust and influence at C-suite and VP levels.
• Expert-level analytical skills to interpret data and drive executive action.
• Experience leading People strategies during rapid scale (e.g., headcount doubling, international expansion).

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR/OD) or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification.
