💼 About This Role

You'll join a collaborative team of 5-7 engineers, scaling and modernizing our backend platform. You'll drive performance and reliability across APIs and data pipelines, impacting experiences that reach millions of users. This role offers the chance to shape a modern cloud-based data platform powering real products and ML experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, optimize, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Develop internal tools, observability systems, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate on delivering microservices and backend infrastructure.
• Contribute to infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.
• Solid AWS infrastructure expertise (ECS, VPC, IAM).
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• SQL expertise, with Postgres preferred.

• Experience with Python for scripting or data workflows.
• Proven ability to design backend systems at scale.
