• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of the learning content portfolio

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or content strategy
• Proven experience managing a large-scale content library or training portfolio
• Strong leadership experience managing instructional design or content development teams
• Deep expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory
