You'll serve as data and privacy counsel for Airwallex's US and Americas region, providing guidance on data protection, AI governance, and cybersecurity issues. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to shape the data privacy strategy and design scalable compliance for complex fintech products. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as data and privacy counsel for US and Americas region
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks globally
• Draft and negotiate data protection agreements with partners
• Co-lead privacy workstream for security incidents in the Americas

📋 Requirements

• US and Americas data privacy law expertise
• Experience with GLBA, FCRA, CalFIPA compliance
• Hands-on AI governance and risk assessment experience
