You'll build customer-facing features for Vanta's trust management platform, working across the full stack to drive engagement and accelerate time-to-value. Your core impact will be on activation and third-party risk management products, helping businesses onboard faster and evaluate vendor security. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers
• Contribute to roadmap development alongside EM & PM
• Mentor engineers up to your own level
• Build user-facing SaaS products across the full stack

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full stack experience with emphasis on backend skills
• Experience leading teams to deliver large projects spanning multiple weeks or months
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products over multiple years
• Openness to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency

• Experience building 0→1 products
