• Identify and implement usability improvements across Unity Editor and Hub
• Drive feature delivery across engineering teams, clearing roadblocks

• Collaborate on cross-product integration and minimize redundant code

📋 Requirements

• Experience working in Unity as a game developer
• Technical expertise in cross-platform technology stacks (game engines, cloud, APIs)
• Proven UX knowledge to improve software UI workflows
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
