You'll tackle the highest-priority initiatives like shaping China expansion and building the company's first operating systems. The scope is intentionally broad, requiring speed, dependability, and independent operation in ambiguity.

• Drive China market entry strategy and execution

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist skills across strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
• High agency - takes initiative without waiting for instructions
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders
