Description

As a CNA/STNA at Otterbein SeniorLife, you will provide compassionate care to residents by assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, and ambulating. You will work under the supervision of a nurse to ensure residents feel comfortable and maintain independence while delivering accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification required in Ohio
• Must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and equipment to move/transfer residents

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks (bathing, eating, ambulating, hair care)
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible
• Provide accurate, efficient, and timely care documentation
