💼 About This Role

You'll be the second sales hire at Blumen, an AI platform that aggregates geospatial and regulatory data for infrastructure permitting. You'll run outbound campaigns to book meetings and shape our go-to-market strategy alongside founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Craft content with quantitative or regulatory insights for outreach.
  • Run outbound campaigns to book qualified meetings for AEs.
  • Build prospect lists using enrichment tools and automation.
  • Track industry activity in core verticals for precision timing.

📋 Requirements

  • Track record of success in SDR or inside sales roles.
  • Ability to research project announcements, tariff filings, and industry news.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to figure things out without hand-holding.
  • Genuine interest in infrastructure permitting and energy transition.

  • Experience in infrastructure, energy, real estate, or construction.
  • Background in technical sales or selling to engineering teams.
