Description

As the Starship Production Manager, you will lead a team of up to 120 technicians, overseeing assembly and service work centers to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets. You will manage production schedules, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 2+ years management experience in production
• 2+ years in aerospace or high-volume manufacturing
• 2+ years of management experience
• Ability to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends
• Must pass background checks and meet physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 40-120 employees across shifts
• Manage modification, repair, assembly, and integration of production assemblies
• Ensure safety and resolve non-conformance issues
• Meet tight production schedules for high-rate production
• Coordinate with engineering to minimize production interruptions
