You'll work as a quota-carrying Professional Services Sales role, leveraging customer-facing experience to scope and close PS opportunities. You'll drive the adoption of MongoDB technologies and collaborate with Sales, PS, and Customer Success teams. This role offers the chance to shape digital transformation for enterprise clients.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Understand customer IT priorities and design digital transformation approaches with MongoDB.
  • Scope projects and create statements of work based on customer needs.
  • Partner with sales to develop account strategies and drive PS pipeline.
  • Transition project scope to delivery team for successful project execution.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years selling Professional Services or technology solutions at an enterprise software company.
  • Experience as an architect, consultant, or PS manager.
  • Experience carrying a quota for PS bookings.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of databases (RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Openshift).
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
