Description

You will manage the valuation of private investments across hedge fund, private equity, and venture capital portfolios. You'll build and maintain valuation models, coordinate with deal teams, present recommendations to Valuation Committees, and monitor portfolio company progress.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in private equity valuation at advisory, audit, or fund firm
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Experience with market comps, DCF, and scenario analysis
• Knowledge of legal agreements, waterfalls, and cap tables
• Strong Excel modeling skills

Responsibilities

• Cover private investment asset classes including PE, VC, and real estate
• Build and maintain valuation models in accordance with ASC 820
• Present fair value recommendations to Valuation Committees
• Coordinate valuation reviews with third-party firms and auditors
• Monitor portfolio company events and quantify impacts on valuations
