💼 About This Role

You'll ensure compliance with MiFID II regulations for investment products at Satispay, a fintech company revolutionizing payments. You'll support the compliance framework, risk management, and regulatory strategy while advising on business impacts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks for investment products
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management
• Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years compliance experience in a regulated financial institution
• Hands-on exposure to MiFID II in Luxembourg or Europe
• Knowledge of European regulations including MiFID II and ideally MiCA
• AML/CFT knowledge including transaction monitoring and sanctions
