You'll serve as the bridge between field operations and engineering for autonomous construction robots in the solar industry. You'll ensure fleet reliability and maximum uptime by analyzing performance data and coordinating support. This role combines hands-on field work with data-driven program management.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Monitor robot performance and uptime with field and engineering teams.
  • Quantitatively track hardware/software performance to identify failures.
  • Gather field data (video/logs) to inform engineering improvements.
  • Manage hardware inventory, revisions, and technical component status.
  • Coordinate robot support activities between field ops and engineering.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BS in a technical field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and ability to bring order to chaos.
  • Familiarity with hardware/software R&D processes and tools (e.g., CAD, Github).
  • Willingness to be in the field routinely and ability to lift 40 lbs.
