🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members
• Manage resident accounts, billing, and accounts receivable
• Coordinate maintenance and property inspections
• Support annual turnover process and move-in/out inspections

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in property management or living communities
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail

• Experience with Entrata property management software
• Knowledge of student housing operations
