💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and maintain automation templates and integration solutions using TeamDynamix's no-code platform. You'll help customers realize rapid value from our iPaaS, Conversational AI, and emerging AI & Automation product lines. This role offers remote-first flexibility and the chance to create scalable end-to-end solutions for IT service management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deliver automation templates and integration solutions
• Create end-to-end automation solutions for ITSM workflows
• Perform thorough testing and quality assurance before template releases
• Maintain and enhance existing templates based on platform updates

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in IT or service management
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or JavaScript
• Understanding of REST APIs and data structures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TeamDynamix iPaaS or Conversational AI products
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira
• ITIL Foundation or HDI certification
