You'll lead the development and expansion of Cambium's supply chains across millwork, mass timber, and furniture segments. You'll oversee a national supplier and distribution network, bridging high-level strategy with on-the-ground execution. This role is for a battle-tested operator who thrives at the intersection of people and process management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute fulfillment strategy across national network
• Provide strategic leadership to inform product and pricing strategy
• Ensure operational excellence across internal sites
• Manage logistics and distribution for speed and cost optimization
• Implement processes to enable scalable growth

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership in supply chain or operations
• Experience in high-growth scaling
• Wood products or building materials industry experience preferred
• Oversaw high-performing teams across multiple geographic sites

✨ Nice to Have

• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards
• NetSuite experience
• Wood, lumber, or forest products supply chain experience
