You'll lead reliability engineering for electric mobility vehicles from concept to production, developing test procedures and acceleration models to predict product lifetime. Your work ensures vehicle systems meet durability targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish reliability targets and metrics for new product development
• Develop accelerated life and environmental test procedures
• Lead FMEAs and design verification plans with cross-functional teams
• Monitor field performance and identify failure trends

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years reliability engineering experience
• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience with statistical software like JMP, ReliaSoft, or MATLAB

✨ Nice to Have

• Failure analysis techniques (SEM, CT, X-Ray, EDS, TDR)
• FEA software for product life prediction (e.g., Ansys Sherlock)
• Instrumentation for data collection (thermocouples, strain gauges, accelerometers)
