🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform in-process and final inspections of hardware against engineering drawings and specs.
• Create and maintain First Article Inspection Reports and Certificates of Conformance.
• Drive Non-Conformance Reports to closure with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for lean manufacturing.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing roles.
• Hands-on experience inspecting harnesses to IPC-620 or NASA 8739.4 Class 3.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

✨ Nice to Have

• IPC-620, IPC-610, NASA-STD-8739.4 certification.
• Experience inspecting aerospace or defense hardware.
