You'll lead a team to deliver an incredible customer experience in a premium western footwear and apparel store. You'll drive store operations, visual merchandising, and team development. This role combines retail leadership with hands-on customer service.

• Deliver world-class in-person training to new team members.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing talent.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
