💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop Vanta's regional Solutions Engineering team in APJ, partnering closely with Sales leadership to drive technical pre-sales execution. You'll balance hands-on leadership with strategic vision to create repeatable best practices and mentor SE talent. You'll also partner on key customer conversations with CISOs and CIOs, representing the voice of the APJ customer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Solutions Engineering team across APJ.
• Partner with Sales leadership to increase conversion rates and accelerate deal cycles.
• Engage with customers and prospects to articulate Vanta's value to security leaders.
• Establish scalable operating rhythms and best practices for the region.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top SE talent in APJ.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or pre-sales in SaaS.
• At least 5 years in leadership of regional or global SE teams.
• Strong understanding of security compliance domains (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience operating across APJ markets with regional cultural sensitivity.
