💼 About This Role

You'll lead multi-station broadcast radio engineering across four markets, serving as the sole technical authority for broadcast continuity, FCC compliance, and infrastructure strategy. You'll independently resolve real-time technical failures and drive capital improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Chief Operator with FCC compliance authority
• Diagnose and repair transmitters, antennas, and automation systems
• Develop and recommend capital expenditure plans
• Respond to emergency failures on short notice, including after hours

📋 Requirements

• Independent judgment to assess and resolve technical broadcast failures
• Ability to serve as Chief Operator under FCC rules
• Experience with AoIP and automation systems (Zetta, Wheatstone preferred)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AM directional antenna systems
• Familiarity with EAS and logging compliance
