💼 About This Role

You'll own Jump's engagement strategy for the AI operating system used by financial advisors. Your work will directly drive retention and expansion by increasing product breadth and depth of use. This role blends product and commercial acumen to move key engagement metrics and design interventions that keep advisors coming back.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define engagement strategy and roadmap for frequency, breadth, and depth
• Instrument and track engagement metrics across the advisor base
• Identify product changes and in-app experiences to drive durable engagement
• Partner cross-functionally to reduce churn through targeted interventions
• Run structured experiments and communicate results to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of PM experience in growth, engagement, or retention roles
• Proven track record of moving engagement or retention metrics via product changes
• Experience influencing roadmaps across multiple product areas without direct ownership
• Deep understanding of data, metrics, and levers that drive engagement
