You'll provide on-site support for laser cutting and marking systems across North America. You'll troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues, train customer personnel, and ensure customer satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and demonstrate laser cutting and marking systems.
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot software, electronic, and mechanical issues.
• Assist in creating and maintaining machine operation procedures.

📋 Requirements

• High School or Technical School in electronics or manufacturing.
• 3+ years of mechanical and electronic troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, and electric drawings.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with lasers, robotics, or automation.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Team Viewer.
