You'll act as internal case manager and advocate for clients in the Habilitation program, collaborating with teams to implement care plans. You'll evaluate client progress and supervise Habilitation Technicians to ensure service delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ year post-degree experience with I/DD population
• Qualified Professional status as per state regulation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
