💼 About This Role

You'll help Picnic scale its operations across Europe by capitalizing on growth opportunities in non-food products, new grocery ranges, or new segments. You'll bring smart ideas into reality, affecting millions of customers and changing the food system. This role offers a real and lasting impact, similar to PE or strategy consulting but with direct execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across markets
• Lead commercial projects from analysis to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, Math or quantitative field
• 2-5 years work experience in top-tier consulting, PE, IB, or retail
• Proficient in SQL and Python or willingness to learn
• Strong communication in Dutch and English

• Hands-on deal experience in M&A or investments
