💼 About This Role

You'll lead the APQP process for autonomous vehicle hardware, ensuring design maturity and production transitions. You'll own root cause analysis for system-level failures and partner with engineering to develop EOL testers. This role blends automotive quality standards with cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead APQP process and design maturity milestones.
• Work with engineering on Design PPAP deliverables.
• Develop specialized End-of-Line testers and calibration fixtures.
• Own RCCA process for system-level and field failures.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Expertise in APQP & PPAP frameworks.
• Mastery of 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis.
• Experience with PLM & version control.

✨ Nice to Have

• Automotive, Aerospace, AV or EV industry experience.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610 knowledge.
• Certified Quality Engineer or Six Sigma Black Belt.
