💼 About This Role

You'll join Formlabs' materials science team to develop world-class 3D printing materials from lab to commercialization. You'll collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration and drive materials performance improvements. This role is at the forefront of additive manufacturing innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct research and develop materials for 3D printing
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers on materials integration
• Design experiments and analyze data to improve materials performance
• Partner with product management to continuously improve materials

📋 Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or PhD in a relevant science or engineering field
• Solid understanding of materials science and polymer development
• Experience in testing and troubleshooting
• Ability to design and conduct rigorous experiments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing materials for SLA/DLP or SLS 3D printing
• 3D CAD modeling skills
• Programming skills (Python, Matlab, SQL)
